Can I cancel my plan at any time?+
Yes. You can cancel or downgrade your plan at any time. Your listing will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a contract or commitment?+
No. Paid plans are billed once a year with no auto-renewal commitment beyond that. You can cancel before renewal at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, SEPA Direct Debit, Multibanco, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna (buy now, pay later), and bank transfers. Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.
Can I switch plans later?+
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at the next billing cycle.
Why are plans billed annually?+
A single yearly payment keeps things simple and lets us pass on a lower effective rate than monthly billing would. If you need monthly billing, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
